Available requests

• Access personal data and obtain information about its processing.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion or restriction where the legal conditions are met.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
• Request portability where processing is automated and based on consent or contract.
• Withdraw consent for future processing where consent is relied upon.
• Raise a concern or complaint about data handling.

How to submit

Use the Private Intake form, choose “Privacy / Data Rights” and state the right you wish to exercise, your relationship with Grossman Risk&Capital, the relevant jurisdiction and a safe method for reply. Do not attach identity documents in the initial message.

Verification

Before disclosing or changing data, we may request proportionate evidence of identity, authority and scope. Verification information is used only to manage the request and meet legal obligations. An authorised representative may act where acceptable proof of authority is provided.

Response process

Requests are acknowledged and handled within the period required by the applicable law. If a request is complex, repetitive, manifestly unfounded or affects the rights of others, the permitted extension, limitation or fee rules may apply. You will be informed where the law requires an explanation.

Lawful limitations

A right may be limited by legal privilege, confidentiality owed to another person, prevention or detection obligations, sanctions controls, a legal hold, establishment or defence of claims, freedom of expression, public interest or another statutory exemption. Only the relevant limitation is applied.

Complaints and appeals

If you disagree with a response, identify the issue through the same channel so it can be reviewed. You may also contact the competent data protection authority or seek another remedy available in your jurisdiction.
