Our approach
Grossman Risk&Capital aims to make this website perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for a broad range of users and assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing operational requirement, not a one-time certification.
Target standard
The design and development target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where reasonably applicable. This statement is not a claim of audited or complete conformance.
Implemented measures
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels and descriptive link text.
- Keyboard-visible focus states and logical navigation order.
- High-contrast black, white and signal-red interface with restrained motion.
- Reduced-motion handling for typing, fuzzy text, cursor and transition effects.
- Responsive layouts and touch targets designed for smaller screens.
- Text alternatives or deliberate decorative treatment for non-text content.
Known limitations
Some canvas-based decorative effects are visual-only and are replaced by accessible text. Rendering can vary across older browsers, browser zoom settings and assistive-technology combinations. Legal documents are provided as responsive HTML rather than image-based files.
Feedback
If content or a function is difficult to access, use Private Intake and select “Legal / Governance”. Describe the page, device, browser, assistive technology and the format you need. Do not include sensitive case information. We will review the issue and provide a reasonable alternative where practicable.
